Visit the leasing office in person or take a virtual tour. Walk-ins and same-day tours are welcome, Monday through Saturday, with no notice needed.

Apply with your ID and proof of income
Bring a photo ID, your SSN, your last three months of bank statements and recent check stubs. Household income should be 2.5x the monthly rent. Most decisions come back in 1 to 2 business days.

Get approved and move in
Once approved, your move-in is set around the date that works for you. Choose a lease from 6 to 12 months.

What renters ask us most
What will my total monthly cost be? +
Starting rents are $748 for 1 bedroom and $953 for 2 bedrooms, depending on the floor plan. Water, trash and pest control are included; electricity and internet are set up separately. A utility fee applies, parking is $25, and pet rent is $25 a month per pet. The office gives you the full monthly figure in writing before you apply.
Is there a security deposit? +
No. Every floor plan comes with a $0 security deposit. Depending on your background screening, other application-related fees may apply, and the office confirms the amount before you pay anything.
What do I need to apply? +
Bring a valid photo ID, your SSN, your last three months of bank statements, recent check stubs and an offer letter if you are starting a new job. Household income should be 2.5x the monthly rent, and applicants must be 18 or older. The application fee is $50 and the administrative fee is $50; both are non-refundable. Co-signers are accepted if they meet the same requirements. Most decisions take 1 to 2 business days.
What if I have a past eviction or credit issues? +
Applicants with a past eviction or bankruptcy may go through additional screening, and final approval is made by property management. Call the leasing office at (832) 874-2992 to talk through your situation before you apply.
Do you accept Section 8? +
No, we do not accept Section 8 housing vouchers.
Are pets allowed? +
Yes. Dogs and cats are welcome, up to 2 pets per home and under 100 lbs. There is no pet deposit, a one-time $99 pet fee and $25 a month in pet rent per pet. Some breed restrictions apply, so ask the office about your pet. For service or assistance animals, contact the leasing office.
What lease terms do you offer? +
Leases from 6 to 12 months are available, and month-to-month may be available. Roommates are welcome. Renters insurance is required for the full lease term.
How does parking work? +
Up to 2 vehicles per home, and every vehicle must be registered with a parking permit. The parking fee is $25. Visitors park in the designated visitor areas.
Can I tour today? +
Yes. Walk-ins and same-day tours are welcome during office hours, Monday to Friday 9 am to 6 pm and Saturday 9 am to 5 pm. Virtual tours are available too. The office is closed on Sundays and on Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's Day, July 4th and Labor Day.
